so ive been build this bike for 6-7 months now and i just figured out how to post pics, so i have a lot of pics to post.  im going start this thread from the beginning of my build and try to get it up to date as soon as possible.  hope you guys like it, here is the start of the brake down.

YouFancy77

so now that everything is apart i started to take off all the tabs i wasnt going to need and weld up all the holes that where in the frame from plastics.

YouFancy77

here they are all welded up, and i cut off  the end of the frame because im going to bend some tubing so my new cafe seat pan fits

YouFancy77

so to bend the tubing i cut out some wood the same radius as my seat and attached it to my pipe bender and bent it around it.

YouFancy77

so i bent the tubing and i had to notch the frame so the tubing would fit.

YouFancy77

next thing i did was weld in a plate for my electronic and finished up the tail section.

YouFancy77

Next thing was to build custom exhausts, so i used the stock exhaust but i cut it up and made some cool straight pipes

YouFancy77

so im not using the stock gauges or ignition so i chopped the tabs off the treeds that those bolted to and the installed a new ignition in a different spot

YouFancy77

so im running a different rear master cylinder so i has to make a bracket for the new one

YouFancy77

so i got a new 60 gallon compressor and built a new work bench and peg board so i can organize my stuff a little better, i love how it all came out.

YouFancy77

next was time to start painting, i started with the tank.

YouFancy77

YouFancy77

time to start painting all the little things, so i got to get them clean first cause they are pretty dirt

YouFancy77

so i found this little desk in the dumpster at work so i took it home and turned it into a temporary welding table.

YouFancy77

so i got a 50 pound harbor freight soda blaster so to try to contain the media i built this. i put a tarp on the ground then put this on the tarp and wrap it around the the box.  all the media falls thru the pallet and lands on the tarp.

Nice work!
Love the paint scheme so far, what colour are you doing the engine?

Btw, ignore the Buddha when he comes with his usual "anti café gs500" rant, & keep up the good work.
