92-95 GSX-R / CBR600 F2-F3 Rear Sets: Which rear master cylinder?

I'm doing research on these, and keeping my eye out on eBay for some, but I'm about to send out an email to some of the local scrapyards too, so I was hoping someone could clear this up:

Do I use the GS500 rear master cylinder, or the one from the donor rear sets?
I know a little bit about a lot of things - usually just enough to be dangerous.
