yeah it will be fun. found out how to get the pics from dicom viewer to pc. i used an old smartphone. a moto x.. took pics then plugged into pc and offloaded them. workin on a weird tshirt idea

Think i buggered up my left ankle. this one was cleared for weight bearing as tolerated.  well tib was broken on left. but enough was left to not need further attn. now right side burning left sidde burning with occAsional stabbing. :/ wtf. will wait and see.

baah weight stuck at 135. have to gain mass to provide room for implant in november. :/ can get belly room but implant goes on backside near weight. any ideas? most of the weight gainers will not work for a diabetic.

A slight aha/wtf update. i pinpointed cause of first fracture aug 12th. ( sleeping med side effect= blacking out or fainting. half second BAAM. and i come to) idk if atty will persue this or not. will give them a call and find out. prolly not worth persuing. but never had fainted as far as i know.

Went for Hosp followup today. got anoth CBC amongst other panels. checking white could theyre hoping infection was killed. if not :S then back for more antibiotics lol

saw Dr.Thakur my PCP yesterday. she ordered the blood panels again. my white count may be elevated. if so i get a second opinion at cheyenne in oak ridge tn. if its elevated shes going to put me on bed rest. but will have cheyenne insert an iv portal so i can do this at home. its either that or i spend another week in the hospital. which i dont want to do. mainly because on the 11th i have a church function i MUST be at. if hosp. is necessary they would let me out long enough to handle that business. then return. but if i can do it at home ( iv stuff) im good. now tomorrow i have wound care which will start the LOOOOOOOOOONG process of taking care of the septic ulcer on foot. mainly involving some painful outpatient stuff. and maybe hyperbaric therapy. i begin this at 830 well at 9 it begins. if they use a toe block it numbs half my foot. which is dangerous if i dont wear the aircast. i stumbled last time ( last year lol) now my left foot. which had the aortic ( vertical) tibia fracture.  ive damaged it further. i feel. it broke on outside between tib and fib ( fracture on outside but i feel on inside. going to try and wait until i see ortho on 15th. might have to get a ct scan. something was damaged further but that leg was for most part overlooked. if it is relegated to NWB im screwed. got to go pay a bill tomorrow. which will be painful.  but after thatbim going to deep couch city for a while. weight is still at 132 ( slight drop.) btw anyone know of a weight gainer a diabetic can use safely? i have to put on some mass in my mid section before the implant surgery which is on the 27th for the trial. perm one is maybe 2 weeks later tops. more to come in update land. oh going to make a tshirt out of my rays oldest to newest. saving the 20 to do that. i have in germanba saying which would be " listen to your doctor Eh?" will post the layout here when finished. cause people keep asking how it happened. that and im weird lol.

Ps. a good update. Dr. Thakur is also an endocrinologist which i was in search of. she asked me if i wanted to go back on insulin pump. which i was OH HE*L YES. she was an endo with the NHS in the uk. this will help stabilise me so i can fight the infections in my body from the wounds. plus if they or when they go in to do a bone graft or whatnot it will help there. ( plus i will ask them for the old plate. which is titanium im going to make a few things out of it. rings and whatnot. which was part of my anatomy lol. yes im weird  lol.

Over at wound care. i cried when i had to take off the left ankle brace. the one not giving much trouble save for the last 2 weeks. change of plans... 1 brace removal brings tears to eyes. and nurse notices swelling. Soooooo going to go across st to ER. WILL UPDATE

Well broke left fibula now. just got out of ER. they didnt give me anything for pain. but meh that happens sometimes. the bone broke near the tib fracture. an honest to goodness tib/fib fracture. this has set me back a month healing. this blows.

Baah sometimes just want to give up, but im too stubborn. if my left leg has to get plated and screwed so be it. BUT i do want to figure out how this happened. this fracture was a few days old before diagnosis. but ive no idea how it happened

Lookin over the dvd images rackin my brain, cant figure this one out lol. had been minimal use of legs.  and no jumping, or anything beyond a cane assisted walk 10 feet.

My idiot self sceduled the ortho visit for tomorrow. it being a holiday mass transit is not happening.  but latest fracture im guessing is close to 2 weeks old. so 1 i figure out its next step, as well as next step on right ankle as well.
Will update further.  if left side gets plated like right did, ill be like my flatware ( triple plated lol)

Just left ortho, evidently  the fib on this tib/fib  was overlooked. no wonder i couldnt place it. he didnt check the no growth right one yet. ( the Ti plate) that one will check in 3 weeks . said trying to avoid usage of a cast. ( referencing the incident 3 weeks previous) anyhoo made my way into the nether regions of this hospital to get a copy of my films. idk its a mystery to me lol. still NWB on either side.  so other than ambulating to and from kitchen or bathroom im chillin lol. updates to come

Good GOD This one is gnarly. thr fib slid fwd a quarter inch. still waiting for effusion ( swelling) to go down. got a feeling this will be plated. couldnt upload to pb for some reason. this one is still a mysetery lol. been almost lazy will see what he says next time.

weight back down to 131. pain in left ankle ungodly today. not sure where to go with that. ortho wont see me again untilnearly the end of  this month. i removed the aircast. far less pain. my phone wont allow me to upload pics from this geezardly pos. anyone willing to host it for me? ill email 2 of them one from the 19th of aug.. showing just broken tib. and one from the 7th of this month, at which point was feeling severe pain for 2 weeks previous :/

i go in for a minimed spinal cord stimulator on the 27th of this month. this implant is anbout 2.1" square and a bit over a half thick. since ill be getting many MRIs over next few years, have to also get the leads that wont short. the leads will be placed in the epi area of spinal cord. which will then  trick the brain into thinking pain feels different. have 2 choices on powerr. a 10year cell or arLi-ion pack.  been setting this up with insurance for close to a year. theyre covering it at 100% ( of arounkd 50k) talking with surgeon to see if they can also set it up to handle the arthritis from ankleso.h also getting another insulin pump soon . life is getting back on track . only bad thing is fib fracture on lefts ide is hurting loads worse over past 24 hours. may have to have it looked at monday. ( what im aiming for
