07, same problem yesterday. Can't find the part number on the carb diagram or parts list   The extra nipple on other side is same size.seal up hole from broken side with epoxy,   Take digital calipers, get the inner dimension OR take a span of drill bits and find the one that fits perfectly into the hole we have the same bike so it's a 5/64 bit.  Put the white part on a drill press in a press vise and send it. OR you could go to a print shop that has a 3D printer capabilities (easier to find nowadays!).  Have them scan the white part, digitally " plug up the hole"  give them the ID from your caliper measurement and have them "drill" the other side. Print and voila! It's just vacuum so hopefully dosent have to be gas resistant material to print with.
  In the back of my
Head I hope this is why the suzuki engineers made the extra undrilled "nipple". In case you needed to rig something.   .... Or maybe it was just a part of the moldmaking injection/manufacturing process I dunno man.  Hope you figured it out.  New member.  Please consult the old heads on the forum before you take any of my advice!

I haven't purchased one of the 3D printed copies myself, but this looks like it would work since Suzuki never sold that part separately.
