Do i really need to purchase air filter oil for a new air filter?
I just got a UNI stock replacement and i'm wondering if i need to go out and get the stuff before i pop it in.

The oil is what the dirt sticks to, without it, more dirt into your engine.

Have you checked an auto parts store like auto zone? I noticed on their website they had air filter oil. You might be able to find it there.

Most auto stores will carry the K&N filter oil.
