A co-worker took me out to lunch - black bean pita and a biiiig margarita.  

Danny.....you really should get a tank bag.......btw.....you don't wrap the bungees all the way around the seat and plastic do you??.....if you do, you shouldn't......just wrap it around the seat only.....don't let it tear up your rear plastics (especially on such a pretty bike)

oh....and while I'm here......I had a turkey n cheese sandwich and a Mug RB (or as my daughter calls it - doggy RB).....

Welllll Decided to bring the thread to life again. More of a personal Journal to myself since I need to track what I eat now. Ill go first .

1/4 lb of sliced smoked turkey breast
1 string cheese
a handful of peanuts and a diet pepsi

Dinner will be a chicken breast sauteed with some veggies and possibly some rice if im hungry enough.

My midday snack will be some more turkey (got a half lb for lunch and only ate half) and another string cheese and a bottle of water.

What did you have?

iced coffee and a ham n cheese.

I forgot my lunch today, so i am having to scavenge from leftovers hidden in my office.

So far I have had vitamins, a low-fat Key Lime Pie Yogurt and two diet cokes as of 3:45pm.

Aarrgghh.... I need animal flesh to survive...

1/2 a Togo's hot pastrami with provolone, everything on it, and extra onions! YUM!

For dinner tonight I had some water (lots actually) a chicken breast (cooked on my new george forman grill KICKS ASS!) seasoned with some garlic salt, some grill seasoning (spicy) peprika, and pepper (i like spice). I also had some peas. Im still trying to find a green veggie that I like. 9 PM is my jog around the block with the dog. This whole diet thing is goin good for me .

I had ramen for lunch and dinner.... Oh did i mention i HATE ramen.

The wonders of being broke lol :lol:  :lol:

Today:

Breakfast at 7:30 2 eggs scrambled wth some ham.
Mid day: 1 String cheese
Lunch: 1/4 lb of turkey and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
Snack: Not sure if Im gonna have cottage cheese or string cheese, but ill eat the other 1/4 lb of turkey
Dinner: Chicken breast made on george forman grill and some veggies.
Late night: 1 can of tuna mixed with 1/4 cup of cottage cheese...mmmm

Lamb Curry over rice...  Not too bad.

I completely and TOTALLY forgot about lunch today. This is NOT a good thing for a hypoglycemic! My poor bf is still trying to recover from my evil blood sugar problems today.

Made the mistake yesterday of having a couple chilli dogs after eating so healthy...promtly threw them up . Didnt eat again until about 8:30 and had a spicy chicken burrito from taco bell, and half of a spicy chicken soft taco before I got full .

Today ill be goin healthy again .

I had 2 beef and potato burrito's that I picked up on my way to the parts store for more carb cleaner

I made beef queso.

Mmmm.....
