Well you can start with the basics: Pipe, k&n filter, and jetting
And you can always change the sprocket sizes for more oomph

The motorcycle is no longer the hobby, the skill has become the hobby.

Power does not compare to skill.  What good is power without the skill to use it?

try to do just the little things like exhaust, sprockets, air filter and maybe jetting...when i had my gs i wanted to do everything possible which ended up costing me a lot and didn't help all that much...you're best bang for the buck would probobly be a 15t front sprocket...it really helps a lot

My bike already had V&H full exhaust on it . I do not know how much extra power you will get , but the loudness lets people know you are there. If they cant see you at least they will hear you

Or annoy the f%$k out of them on how obnoxiously loud it is and thus causing them to go mad and run into you. People see what they want to see. They hear what they want to hear. It doesn't matter how f%$king loud your pipe is, they will still run you down.

Loud pipes save lives my f%$king ass.

So, we've gathered that the body work is different between E and F models, but what about mechanically? Which year models are the same as the others non-cosmetic wise?
