lol well I'll admit this can be a confusing topic even though it is beaten regularly, so I'll give you a little help... The only thing you need are the jets (you'll need 4 of them: 2 pilots and 2 mains), so just call up/email Sudco with the jet sizes you need and tell them it is for a GS500 and they're hook you up.  As for the jet sizes you need, I have no idea, you'll have to do a little research with the search function for that one.

SEARCH

to my understanding pilot jets determine the amount of fuel delivered at idle while main jets determine the amount of fuel delivered at peak power.

That would also be my understanding of it.  But I had to know for myself. So off to google

use search hahaha , ive been searching this site extensively. the msg im trying to deliver across to the other members of this board is: What size pilot and main jet should i order?  :2guns: when i look at the matrix that has been set out, it shows no other person has done the same as i would like to achieve. i know that isnt true because so many of you rejet.  :thumb: the real problem is trying to find the person who is in the exact situation as me and is WILLING to tell me what size pilot and mains to try.
if you have this intake/exhaust setup pls contact me.

127.5 mains and 40 pilots. I have heard some horrors about sudco.
I am probably buying up some jets (I have trained my local monkeys to fetch the right jets for me at the dealer  ) and holding on to it just for sending out to people.
I usually buy 125 and 150 ... since I sell 10 times those and hardly any 127.5's.
I could buy you a pair, and make a kit for you.
$21 paypal, or 420 check, and it has everything you need to jet it. Then usually a step up will cost you under $5-6 (local store) and under 5 mins labor ... due to replacing the float bowl screws with allen heads.
OK I forget ... you have a new bike ??? 89-00 is what I do this for, with 01+ I am not comfy enough at this time to do a drop ship type deal.
Cool.

Anyway I haven't sent canada yet. Tommorow, cos I gotta do when post office is open.
You already should hev 40 pilots in it. Just put 127.5 mains. Of course washers and 3 turns out on mix screws.
