Quote from: RoadstergalI keep forgetting to look up the size of the mains I put in... I'll do it tonight, I promise.

Or maybe a month and a half after I no longer have the bike.

Stock is 130; I put in 132.5, up one size.

Ben at Aurora Suzuki also recommends a 0.5mm spacer on each needle, but I didn't do that.  I was very happy with both the engine character and the curve shape after the rejet.  Three turns out on the air/fuel screw.

did you get a flange with a choker, or without?

I received my flange from Srinath long ago, just haven't had the time to swap out the exhaust yet... but, is that deally that's welded in the center of the pipe/flange the choker? If so, what's its purpose anyways?

yes it is... it restricts the exhaust flow so it will flow like stock and you don't have to rejet... basically it allows you to have to sound with out the extra work or performance gain... if you want to rejet the bike for the new exhaust, you can bust out that little piece.
