yup...why you gotta beef up the suspension and hike her up a couple inches.  They were built along the same lines as the old Maxims...lots of power, soft suspension.  Like SUV's with 10,000,000 hp.

are you going to buy the bike back  part it out

I am VERY lucky in this aspect...

The insurance companies are NOT involved.  I don't have collision on my policy, and the jackass cancelled his insurance policy a month before, so it's all court.

Hopefully, I can get more information as to where and when the arrainment will be so I can show up and show them the damage and the repair estimate.

I've not ridden one, and I know I'll probably get lambasted for this one, but I've been very interested in the Honda 919 lately.  Seems like a great step up in all dirrections from the GS500e sitting in my back yard (that is finally back together, and seems to be running rich somehow even though I jetted it down one step and pulled the washers off the needles...)

919 is nice, but pretty expensive for what you get.  The styling doesn't do anything for me either.

Actually these two bikes (600rr/R6) are the next two bikes im thinking of upgrading on when i do. Prob not till the end of next season. Anyway they both look aesthetically pleasing.  As far as specs and all they seem close, id say go with what feels nicer. But in all honesty i like the naked look. It may sound silly but i dont like the boxy look of fairings when you sit on the bike and look down on it. So i may go with a ducati monster. They look so damn nice. I was thinking of the 620cc but the 07s have changed to a 695cc. Either way they look HOTTT and you should look into them too. They are reasonably priced too. The 07 is like 7500. Afew thousand less than an R6 or 600rr.

Get a twin, they will get you laid.

Mid-90s Ducati 900SS/SP, for example.  Super classy, great dry clutch rattle to scare the old ladies in the car next to you, and blood red paint.  Ils sont trés beaux.

Wait...it's you...nvm.

...always a consideration of my own...not a fan of the headlight, though.  It's either that or one of these:

Get a Hyosung GT650R and have money left over from your settlement!

that way I'll get a trustworthy review of the GT650R, and not one from jaded magazine people who are used to liter bikes and aprillias ... and other finer things in life.
