well usually people search for things of interest.  I searched for gstwins.com because I used to have one.  I search the net for soccer and the such.  So I could only conclude that you were searching for pee pee lengthening.

Considering there is no evidence of a small pee pee till after you click the link for the webpage, then I am really confused as to how you could think I am searching the same as you, since you wanted to go by my logic.  but then you could be meaning that you found it the same way I did, by someone elses blind post.  But I couldnt assume that because all that was posted was a link.  I think that sums it up that you were searching to find help for your small weiner.  Well now thats over, lets quite the small talk.
