second what is that wire for?

Kat600 rear shocks will fit fine (I think Kat750 need to be mod'ed a little (Check Pablo's site)).  The cable is for rebound adjustment.

But... Dude...  That thing is a pile...  For $45 you can find one that isn't so fux0rd.  With that much rust, there's bound to be rust on the shaft....     I got mine for $15+Ship and it was way less rusty than that thing.


And... I didn't know '93 was 25+ years ago.

No im not gping to settle for that one Im still looking but was curious what that wire was for but now I know.

I got my Katana shock for $9.99+ shipping.I think $16 total.
My Kat shock has a dial in the top to adjust damping.
I real wouldn't buy a shock with a cable adjust.It's junk.
My shock is from a 1995 Kat.
The Ebay shock would probably work,but I believe you
could find a better deal.A nice shock for less money.
