Is it safe to say that the Suzuki GS500 Twin Repair Manual 1989-2006 by haynes will suffice if i want to work on my 2008 gs500f?  I read a lot of things on this forum and one thing seems to pop up when sending your bike for service... double check thier work.   I want to be well informed about my motorcycle..

If you have any other repair manual that is better for my 08 please let me know.. i guess having the newest bike means you cant have the newest service manual for it.

Yes.The 89-06 manual should be very very close to your 08.I have not seen a repair manual that goes past 06.
