I know a guy who can get a whole keg on his bike when the occasion calls for it.
And i'm talking full size keg too, not just one of those wimpy heinekin things.

Yeah, they're fine.  I wouldn't want to go any bigger on the GS.  Those bags basically live on there.

My rain gear takes up the whole right side, and my tool kit, camera, etc takes up the whole left side.  I carry my clothes and stuff in the duffel.

However, for shorter trips, you can fit a couple days of clothes in one bag and your rain gear/ mini tool kit in the other.

They're very well made.
Every zero you add to the tolerance adds a zero to the price.

If the product "fails" will the product liability insurance pay for the "failure" until it turns 18?

Ja, the Cortech Sport bags are solid bags; they served me well on the GS.  I highly recommend the Cortech Sport tail bag, though - it snaps to the sport bags to make a system, and on its own with the bungee/hook mount (plastic, so it won't scratch up your shizz), it's the one bag that's fit on every bike I've put it on and been useful on every bike I've put it on.  I have hard cases on my FZ (I highly recommend lockable hard bags), but still prefer that tail bag to a hard top rack.
