I have nothing to add really.  I just want to keep reading this pointless thread that should have ended a long time ago.  Maybe by the end of the day Skeets can start asking for donations for a new crotch rocket. 

No need for donations, he can get a nice used gixxer with the insurance pay out from a newer gs if he looks around. I got $4000 when my ninja250 got totaled, but man did I blow that money instead of buying a good used bike. If I HAD bought a good used bike, I'd probably still have it to this day.

I just went to J&J towing in clinton to give them the release form so my insurance company could look at it. The right fairing is completely trashed, blinker and bar ends are trashed, blinker trashed, exhaust trashed.

I didn't crash my bike I was hit by an Infinity. It's in the police report with witnesses.

My insurance company is dealing with me very well so far..Theyve asked for receipts for everything or a link to a webpage with the item and price.

Don't let them screw you over, fight for what you can get. Don't make up a story about what happened, they have people there whose job it is to evaluate what happened. If they catch you lying, you probably won't get anything. Insurance fraud, etc.

the only thing in that picture i'm missing is my jacket. its in a little shelter parking area right after i first got it, gf wanted a picture of my new investment.
