Hi carb witchdoctors,

I built a data entry screen for the carb jetting matrix.  Please take a minute to enter your carb settings if you know your setup and you know it is running well.  You can make this a useful resource.

I want to note that I think Sanjay's original wiki matrix is a great idea.  I am not trying to replace his work, just make it easier to use.

Comments on table and entry setup are welcome: mechanical, user friendliness, scripting.

Cheers

Pretty sweet little form.  Did you link to it on the wiki?

It also might be worthwhile to put the stock jets for the various versions somewhere to compare with.

Also, might be worthwhile to add a altitude field, so the Denver guys don't jet the same as the Death Valley guys.

Thanks! Appreciate it.

I should link it to the wiki.  Good idea.

Adding stock config is another good idea.

I was thinking about adding altitude, float height, timing advance, and more specific options for the air filter and exhaust.  I decided not to because at some point people stop following directions for data entry, and the table can get too full of details to see patterns.  There's still comments as catchall.

Thank you for reporting the error!

"data type mismatch" means it found a letter in a number only field, or something like that.  Please give it another try and let me know.

hey you were right, but also i had added too much in comments.  this would make for good reference, but i figured rich/lean would also depend on air density/location. So because it worked for someone on the coast might not mean it would work for someone on the Rockies. I listed at which altitude i reside.

Thanks for posting to the rejet matrix, everyone.  It really looks good!  It is even useful.  I will try new main jets to get in line with the rest of the matrix.  GSTwins forums made it happen.  Thank you.

The matrix could still use -

pre 01 bike:
anyone with full exhaust
anyone with drop in or pod air filters

01 + bikes:
a few more with slip on exhaust
a few more with drop ins or pods

Anyone have those setups and know your jets, please add to the matrix.

Thank you.
