NEWEST PICTURES ADDED HERE

I finally got around to installing the 2nd set of wheel stripes. The first set wasn't reflective.
Here are the pics.

Hmmm, I think you should get black. Yes, black can be refelective

If you must go with a color go with red.

FatBastard

red tape at night on that bike would be sick, also, if you wanted it to look really amazing, put red electropods on the inside of your frame near your rear shock like I did. It looks bad ass at night. I'll try and get a pic someday.

Yeah, I'm gonna go with red tape. I'm thinking of changing one of the gauges to red just to scare the crap out of people (Thinking I'm a Cop). J/k  :icon_mrgreen: :icon_mrgreen:

But I might change them both to red just so they match the red tape.

Here's a quick rendition I made with MS Paint of what it might look like.

Bluesmudge

It will look better in real life but I still vote black. I like the way your bike looks already.

:thumb: on the red, looks good with your paint

Blue or red or yellow would be sweet. but dont worry bout the gauges, no one will see the blue gauges during the day, and it wont matter at night even if they dont match.  yellow would be sweet i think. btw. but its only my opinion.

Thanks guys. I ordered burgundy last night, I don't like bright red. I noticed some reflective wheel tape reflects in the same color, for example some green tapes reflect green and some reds reflect red. Others just reflect white.

Here's a picture of a teal reflecting in teal.

I'm not sure if mine reflects in Red or white, but if it reflects in red, I'm going to change out the bulbs in my gauges to red.

I'm guessing mine are going to look something like this.

homeyjosey

u know what...i was kind of iffy about the reflective tape but after seeing it on the Yamaha bike looks nice

the red will show up good on your gs, as for the gages, I think the one red one blue is cool, just do the wheels that way too then :D

So, now that we've all decided that red is rad...

Where does somebody from Calgary, Alberta get some red tape?

O.C.D.

Red, burgandy, rose, blood, ketchup,.............

Your bike is beautiful and I think any red would look great.  And I also think that you SHOULD do it.  Your bike looks awesome, but a little color will really set it off.  Post pics when you are done.

I am debating red on my bike when all is said and done.  But I am not sure what white wheels with red would look like.  I guess I could always to white reflective tape?!?!?

im sorry but i just gotta say, please dont do one wheel red and one wheel blue. that just looks tacky, and instead of poeple  goin "dang those are sweet wheel stripes" they go "hah hey Mike look at modda f*&Ker coundt even afford hiimself two of the same color." (this second quote would obviously be said by some thuglife hoodrat who thinks hes tight and no one cares about his opinion, but none the less two diff colors would look kinda skecthy. IMO sorry Fat B no offense. (i said no offesnse so you cant be mad at me)  :nono:

Try dropping down to 4 Oreos and set your pilot screw 3 turns out.

I like the bike as it is without and stripes whatsoever.

To Me, stripes would wreck the overall look. BUT, if YOU like the look that's all that matters.

I received the Wheel tape a while back but finally got around to installing it today. I realized that the stripes I bought aren't reflective stripes. It's just plain red.  :embarrassed:
That kind of defeats the whole purpose since I wanted to be more visible at night.

I think it still looks cool though. I might get reflective wheel stripes in the future.
