I got it in October of 09 2007 gs500 model 3500 miles only. and got my endorsement right away. Rode for the month before end of the month i was driving and i'd full throttle it and it started losing power n died when i shifted down it sounded like it had no gas but had like half tank and when i tried starting it again it wouldn't start. after a few tries she finally did n didn't have a problem for about a week figure it might of been a fluke or something and charged the battery when i got home was low on fluids and filled that to. Well wasn't a fluke did same thing coming home from work at the end of the month except on the highway this time she didn't want to start so had to toe her away  :'( the battery does die quick so i'm changing that out closer to when the season starts with a non maintenance battery any thoughts what it might be?

Sounds similar to the problem I just had with my '06 which also ended with a tow as well. I haven't had a chance to fix it yet, but I'm guessing a clogged jet. If thats the case I will definitely be installing a fuel filter to prevent this from ever happening again.
