Can anyone recommend a fork oil brand?

Shouldn't make much difference. It comes down to brand loyalty and what you're willing to pay. I used Belray since it wasn't the cheapest and wasn't the most expensive either.

No significant differences between them. Whatever your local shop has will be fine
