I'm thinking Eltham http://tinyurl.com/3mkcprw (Slightly different to how we went last time - diff after Mulimbimby.

Or a shorter ride to Beaudesert for lunch via Lake Moogerah -  http://tinyurl.com/47nm9tm

Or, Urbenville via Moogerah and Queen Mary Falls (with a stop at the lookout) http://tinyurl.com/3rpyvrh

Michael

Which of the three routes you prefer?

Some say that he submitted a $20000 expense claim for some gravel

And that if he'd write a letter of condolance he would at least spell your name right.

The most twisties? A Slightly modified Urbenville Via Lake Moogerah http://tinyurl.com/3vrf9p5

This is be a Nice run. Leave 8am Yamanto Maccas Sunday 4th Sep (unless otherwise posted here due to weather). So get there before 8am with a full tank, refuel at Beaudesert (270km) and cause we'll all be on GS500s we know we can make it  :thumb:

Aussie, better PM me your mobile number so I can send a text if you are unable to check here before leaving home - in case of postponement.

Moogerah around 9am. Leave after smoko. 9.30 latest - estimated. Arrive Rathdowney close to 10:30. Break. Urbenville pub somewhere around 11:30/12:00. Lunch. If leave Urbenville at 13:00 (depends how long lunch takes), at Beaudesert around 14:00. Fuel up. Back at Yamanto around 15:00-ish

Damn, you guys make me homesick for Qld!
Moved down to Vic about four years ago, and have just got back into riding (on a naked 08 naked) after selling my Bandit when leaving Brisbane to move down here.  The winter has decided to stick around for a while down here, so most days are still cold and wet, not much chop for a nice ride.
Anyhoo, just wanted to say G'day, say hello to Qld for me, and enjoy the weather  :thumb:

G'day, my name is Ahren.. had my GS for a bit over a month now. Went on a ride with the Team Moto guys who ride every last Sunday... was about a 300km ride through the mountains and past the dam etc, was great. Need more riding though. I live at Warner

Thanks Tim and Michael, I just started a new job last monday and I'm moving to the Redcliff area next weekend. Have been on other last sunday Team Moto rides since the first one and I recommend it highly (be great to have some more GS500s on the ride too!)  :icon_razz: Will be glad to meet up with you blokes for a ride some time after I move house. Thanks for the welcome, Ahren
