My new LED bulbs came in for my gauges and indicator lights. Also, my Yoshimura pipe came in also and it gets put on first so I can hear it.

Popped in a new SSB brand sealed battery today. Batteries Direct - Peakhurst, Sydney, looked after me nicely. The Suzuki OEM battery had lasted for three years.

How exactly did you go about that chop? I'm tempted to do that to mine, but also make a small little custom tail

Well the speed limit was 30, and I didn't slow down much (probably should have), so.....25-30mph.

New Yoshimura TRS installed..............and I gotta say, I love it!

Took less than 30 to cut the old off and slip on the new. Very nice! Awesome sound. The sun was already going down but I just had to put on my gear and go out for a test drive. I cant imagine have dual TRS but when I get the other side done I will certainly take more pics and a video.

Right now I just wanted to put it on and see how it sounded. Coming soon I will take it apart, re-pack it and wrap the can with carbon fiber.

But here are some pics for now.

Wow. Front tire just went out from under with little warning. Road must have been slick or gravel patch... Can't imagine what goes through the mind during that. Looks like most your gear did its job though.

Angle grinder with a cutoff wheel, I wanted to keep the seat latch so I cut everything after that off

It is hard to tell from the video, but the road really does change shape there. It was a good jolt to the front suspension and I should have anticipated it as such. As for what goes through my head....well I had time for a good few profanities, thats about it. :icon_lol:

Man stuff that that road looked alright but yeah it's good your ok.
Some say that he submitted a $20000 expense claim for some gravel

And that if he'd write a letter of condolance he would at least spell your name right.

Used some brake quiet on the back of my pads on both the front and back brakes.  Completely eliminated the squeal.  Here's a link to the stuff I used...

Took a nice ride with the warm weather today here in IL.  Was a great ride.  Going 70 into a 25 mph wind feels pretty interesting.  Kinda fun, but convinced me I want to get a windscreen of some type to try.

Exact same thing that happened to me the other day and it wasnt fun. I actually only went a few miles before heading back home and deciding to take my truck out instead.

I rode it on Saturday and again this morning! My first ride since my accident. I was a but shaky and the wrist isn't quite ready but it felt good to be back on 2 wheels again.

GI_JO_NATHAN

Pulled it out and warmed it up to go for a ride.
As I walk out with my gear on I realize the rear tire is completely flat.  :icon_sad:
Tiny little speck of mettle in the center. I'm trying to find a shop that will patch it from the inside.
Tire has a ton of life left, and I'm not scared of patches or plugs. Just don't want to plug this tire if I don't have to.

1000 miles on an external plug. I was worried at first but pretty much forgot about it till I needed to replace it due to wear. Still, be careful with it depending on the location.
Friendly fire, isn't. But it's the most accurate. Semper Fi
