Emailed the guy about the GS450. Surprisingly the PO Approval director (the misses) said ok as long as I make $$ on it. Just need to make sure it isn't a bad deal.

Although the guy e-mailed me back, I ended up passing on the deal.

Every project I get into involves twice as much money as budgeted, and a lot of headaches.  Unfortunately, I cannot spare any more $$, and already have a headache ATM...

That's exactly the type of purchase I'm looking for to build a track bike out of.  Too bad it's in FL.

$2999 is the cheapest GS on CL right now in Seattle.

MNakes me think that after fixing up Quin, I might get over $2000 for him. He will have SS lines, better springs, all the stuff I would want (except new stock bars and stock pegs). Having all prime parts would reduce the ability for someone to haggle on price. I'll make videos as I start the project next month.

Suzuki GS 500 - $500 (7th Ave & Greenway)

Bike mostly put together, the seat pan and foam is good. The foam needs to be recovered with a suitable material, and the seat needs hardware to mount it to the bike. And the electric components should prob be mounted different from stock since I took off the side plastics. Just incase the bike goes down it wont damage the regulator rectifier or something.

Ran surprisingly strong before I put it in storage. Projects are piling up, haven't touched this one since last April, so I'd like to get it to someone that will use it.

Turns over, has spark, but wont start.
