Yup ive used that before.  but so many times, ( like on the goped) id get aggrivated, BP thru roof, and yell out "START YA BASTARD" weve got similar stuff in us, but not called that  :technical:
ive 4lbs give or take a lb. of calcium carbide. a bit of water = acetylene gas and of confined, a small bomb

hrrrrm... i'd be really really REALLY careful with the carbide Yama... mainly because X amount of crystals + Y amount of water over Z time well yeah makes acetylene gas .. but i'm thinking loading the mix into the breech then loading the ammo... all takes variable time... and.. more time = more gas? .. unless really small quantities of carbide .. ?? ... a spud gun/orange gun etc .. mostly made from pvc pipe... and handheld .. i've seen a photo of a breech blowout just from ether spray overload, lad had 15 shards of pvc removed from his abdomen/chest area... an overload of acetylene and your reference to small bomb... errr i dunno about holding that!! .. unless you also have a remote (10yard?) sparker and handy  wall to duck behind...

even the ether/hairspray/fuel versions are a recipe for disaster pretty much always (but we test our luck many times eh!!) .. just the calculation of charge for FUN vs OOPS is a delicate area  ;) :D

pliskin

We used to duct tape some tennis ball cans together and launch tennis balls using lighter fluid. A little safer than PVC because the cans would come apart before enough pressure builds to make it go boom.

:thumb: .... although i think in all cases of tennisball/potato/orange launching... SAFE and SAFER is a rather flexible term...  :D

could always laod gun thru firing hole ( flame port) err load projectile then water thru small firing hole. idk will see.
anyhoo moving on

.... hang on...  :star: ..... a clamp/bracket for a hydraulic/brake hose or sometimes airline (in trucks) .. to add a second line next to the 1st!! .. the double side goes over the main/original line and the single side holds your add-in?? ..

Badot

I've seen them used for holding two hoses together in parallel like how our fuel lines are when they come out of the tank. Whether that's the intended use or not I have no idea.

That didn't take long. It's a belt link from a M60 pig. 7.62cal. Yea, I have a mix, some with holes some without. They are the same.

You tend to notice these things.. the M13 link has an unusual profile, I have some tracer ammo in d-link which doesn't have the hole.

Heres something small, metal, and very annoying (and yes it is a clip - you all have to try guess for what)

Ceiling tile clip?

Hey its AdidasGuy - quick out of the gate, it is indeed one of those wretched little annoying cursed clips that never get put back in after someone lifts the tiles.. our office is full of them at the moment.

Your turn
