Was speaking to a girl from the US the other day. I can normally pick accents to within an area. I told her it wasn't LA or NY but sounded a little more north, maybe Michigan? She said, "Close, I'm from Ohio". Cool, not bad for a non American ,eh

I moved to Ohio in 2005 for a soon to be ex's new job.

3 years she asked me what the flag with the 2 points at the end, big Ted dot, and stripes was. How can you not know your state flag?

Preliminary agreements include me keeping the GS. Happy about that.

3rd parties can include: co workers, girlfriends, TV shows like Opera, articles in magazines, lawyers (all lawyers say "you'll win" otherwise you will keep hunting until ou find one who will say "you'll win."), relatives, parents, etc., etc.

Story: Guy at work confronted me. Went something like,

"Now listen, I hear you're going to....."
"Who said that Bob?"
"Doesn't matter who."
"Yes it does, who said it?"
"It doesn't matter just that you are going to......"
"Ok Bob, here is why it matters... Two people can always sort out their differences unless there is a 3rd party involved. Right now you are upset at me, NOT because of something I said - but - because of what someone else Told You I said. It is THEM, the third party, that has stirred you up and made you angry at me.

3. So sick of this rain! Digging the clay out to level the ground for the shed is now a nightmare as it's just a big mud hole. It really needs to dry out a bit so I can truly see the lay of the land. Yesterday and today I had about half an hour each day but got very little progress because the clay is just sticking to everything.

4. Jury's out on the 145 main jets... very little opportunity for WOT and a big accident on the way home on Settlement Rd had both lanes up the hill closed, so again missed my WOT opportunity. It seems to be a little meatier again across the throttle range but idle was really bad as it richened up the idle circuit as expected. Mixture screws in 3/4 of a turn when I got home so see how that goes tomorrow... the way it's going I'll need one size *smaller* pilot jets!

5. Boston... man that's freaky... and all those bombs in Iraq today as well... and I thought North Korea was the worry!

Needle me up in the dentist's chair... I smashed my mouth on a railway line when I fell off my pushy when I was 17... that cured any issues I had with needles... I now have a denture thing for two of my front teeth... fun redneck party trick when I take 'em out...

I tell you the least fun I've had in the chair was when they had to extract what was left of one of my teeth... it had impacted with my jaw and almost become part of it, so the dentist had the assistant hold my head while he grabbed a pair of surgical pliers and ripped in... 

Last time I went to the dentist I had a needle - as he pulled one of my wisdom teeth. But when I have fillings I have nothing. Us Aussies are hard bastards.

Cant see the point of having needles when there is no need as the pain is always minimal. Not a fan when they hit a nerve but I can live with it.

You know, I'm humbled that we talk about dentristry, Ohio, and other things.  Some of that I of course started.

I'll be out of the house next week into an Apartment.  It only gets better from there.  The sh!t that I'm finding out now is completely shocking.
