Ha - its a very old style of flow meter - can be used for gases or other more liquid fluids.

Still quite common - and quite accurate.  I have seen gas floats that look similar to the picture.

Janx should go next. The ampoule thing looked pretty close. And, he's been trying so hard but never seems to get it right.
