Wow that's intense when you put it like that then yeah make the thing lighter Apply any candy if you'll tell cool Brody old J and some soft toys to give me some traction and then you just work on direction times and lunches

That's what Siri just wrote for me. What I meant to say was ill probably do a system and a k&n and work on my launch and reaction times and that will probably be like like omt

It is simple but needs saying... To catch a vehicle in front you Must be traveling faster than it. If you are both accelerating, you need to accelerate faster. If everything is equal it depends on retraction time and gear change speed. Fall behind 20 meters then apply the above rules.

Only hope for a gs to win a drag against another more powerful bike is to invoke three heathen god Visue. He will then smite them with wheel slin, or a sudden case of the runs...

in a different train of thought... yes possibly derailed! ..

the diff in my ute had been howling more and more... but was hoping it would hold together a wee bit longer .. then over weekend it started making hideous clashing noises .. had to bite the bullet and get a 2nd hand complete LSD centre .. which looks ok...

the mechanics pulled out the old one today and putting in 'brand new second hand' one at the moment...

can the eagle eyed amongst us pick out what may have been the issue with the old one??  :icon_rolleyes: ;)

I am not interested in anything you have to say
Don't bother talking to me, I will not answer you

yeah .. the pinion had about 20mm longitudinal freeplay in it, the crown bearings were also sloppy.. so every time i backed it off the pinion was eating the centre bit...  :icon_rolleyes:

mechanic said if i had reversed at any kind of speed and backed off it might have caught in that casting point... jammed... and BOOM!

.. i'll be able to turn the stereo down again!!... the howl from the thing was getting a bit much to drown out!!  ;)

Is that what that clattering noise was? ... Though my hard drive was failing  :flipoff:

mister

Clattering noise? You mean, there could have been TWO thoughts floating around bumping into each other? Hmmmm....

In other news....

Last night I thought my feet where hanging over the end of the bed. I got up to check. They weren't.

The W800 has rear drum brakes. At first you're like "WTF, no disc on a brand new bike". But then, after your first engine braking experience, you're like "Why have a rear brake at all?"
