The weight loss journey has started, had a hiccup over the weekend but I have successfully eliminated as much sugar as possible from my diet and have been almost a week without soft drinks. I have seen a result too dropping from 98.7 to 97.3 kg in a week. I'm still in the midst of my sugar detox. I feel
Lethargic but I know this is the right thing to do. Next in the hit list is caffeine, next week ill switch to decaf coffee. I have noticed my appetite for water has increased and I don't feel as down on stuff as I used to.

So no fosters and four n twenty for me. Give me steak bacon and eggs.

I have NFI what I weigh... but have started cutting out a lot of processed foods... eating a heap of fruit and nuts and it seems to make a bit of a difference... feeling better for it and enjoying it so far 

Yet I'm still drinking a beer as I type this 

I'm about to have coffee

I just ate a TimTam....

Nah that'll keep me awake all night...

I've pretty much cut out the Pepsi Max though, just one very occasionally, probably 95% of my liquid intake now is just water...

RedBull promo girls turned up at work the other day. They offered me a Redbull. I declined with "No thanks, I don't drink softdrink". She offered again saying it wasn't softdrink. Again I declined. She said, "You'll drink coffee but won't have a redbull?". I told her I didn't drink coffee either. She tried some more and in the end just said "Well, where do you get your energy from?"

I walked away.
