Oooooooo I do like that bit of news. Now time for slips health update. 3 weeks ago on 3rd August I was 98.8kg today 24th August I'm 95.0kg. That's 3.8kg in 3 weeks.

good job that man! .. you not gonna break? and the missus will find you in the bathtub ... up to your navel in doughnuts? 

... you wont feel it much physically till another 7 or 8kg gone... then it starts to kick in eh.... about 5 years ago i did a 6 month change of jobs .. to a high physical order picking night job  ... i didnt notice really till i blew through about 18kg after 12 weeks ... then realised i was getting my order lists finished about 40min quicker per set... and wasnt ready to collapse... we used to manual handle about 4 tons of bulk groceries each per night! ... middle of winter, night time in syd ... working in short sleeves and sweating like in a sauna ...

.. pity i had 'a little disagreement with the shift super' 

There he's still doing it?  Has he got a hard on for me or something?

Nah doing well so far janx i do miss the sweets sometimes but I read that it passes. Good thing is i still get to eat the food I love and now when I eat a meal I feel full quickly and don't feel the need to snack as often. It's been great. I even like the decaf coffee
