I used to work as a window tinter at a variety of train depots here in Sydney. Looking at what the engineers did I was amazed at how quickly they'd fix major problems. Management used to push them pretty hard, and acted like they knew how to do the job themselves..

Walked in the door today to hear the phone ring, pick it up and there's a recorded message from an overseas private number with bloody Palmer's voice talking about reducing income tax or some other bloody political message.
