Would love to ride this weekend but bloody on call 

To make it worse two really good team members have resigned effective 17th January leaving just one knob in the support area... that also takes our on call from 1 in 6 weeks to 1 in 4 weeks which means my plans for getting off call this year are now up in smoke 

That's what happens when a company turns its back on their staff, makes stupid decisions, makes a whole heap of people redundant, has no clear direction, and has ignored all good feedback from staff for the last 4 or 5 years that would have improved things... good staff are not being looked after and have no positive future there, so why stay?

I think once I hit my long service leave at the end of this year I'll start looking around unless things magically turn around... and we still don't have a new CEO despite assurances we would have one by the end of last year... our CFO is acting CEO in the meantime... yeah that's gonna improve things...
