ok. Seems like the security protocol has been lifted. still having issues uploading a picture though. says the upload folder is full..... even though I've reduced the size of the PIC.

Yeah I think the forum is not allowing anyone to upload photos.  You've got to link to the image from another host.  I use Google photos, my phone automatically backs up my photos to my Google photo account then I go find the picture, open it up in the browser, right click and copy the URL.  then paste it into the text box on this site along with the IMG tags, i use the button that is above the text box and just below the "bold" button.

Hope that helps.  Also hope that the forum increases the disk space, it would be really nice to be able to post and view more photos.

Sorry, i can't tell if you tried this already but open the picture in your browser (on my computer the picture zooms in a bit and the rest of the screen goes dark at this point)  and then right click and copy the URL of that picture.  Not the URL of the thumbnail image.

When i do that I get a monstrosity of a link that looks like:

I still have a ton of parts and the bike for sale. Huntsville Alabama

the engine is locked up. I haven't torn it down but if you need any internals let me know. I'm not looking to make a fortune, just wanna get them off my hands.

Complete carburetor.... I think its from an F... no telling the year or condition. the engine locked so I think it was running fine, then sat. probably just needs a cleaning.

complete gauge cluster.  great condition

complete rear brake set

front brake set... handle and lever parts are shot, but everything else is fine

complete front end.... not sure of condition

complete rear swing arm.....

rear wheel/rim assembly... I'll remove tire to save on shipping.

the frame has shoddy welds up front but if you need the tail I can chop it off... the right side engine mount/bar is in good condition.

airbox has one insert ripped out but otherwise serviceable.

battery box is rusty but is relatively refurbish-able....

Handle bar is bent and gas tank has a leak on the side. they are going to the scrap yard.  free to a good home if you want it.

Any thing else? just ask....

BTW - the asking price for the running bike is $1,000,000. 

It is negotiable.......within reason. Loosing a GS500 is like watching a child go to college 

How much for the whole seat lock assembly? I'm talking lock itself, clip that holds it to the rear fairing, the cable, and the latch under the seat?

I think the lock is missing though.
