really not into faired gs's and especially not into extended swingarms but i will say the the longer swinger really brings the tail into proportion with the bike, it looks surprisingly good.  :thumb: you've maybe changed my mind about swapping mines for a slightly longer one i've got sitting but on the other hand the gs's wheelbase is already quite long and i don't want to detract from it being incredibly nimble in the corners. hmm but it looks so good on yours haha decisions decisions

i put a 60mm shorter swingarm on my gsxr11 to get it turning better :icon_lol:

new pegs are looking sweet, the fronts are easy enough to tweak to fit but a word of warning, they look identical cheapie ebay hong kong specials i used to have and mine snapped off on one side after a couple of years use :icon_rolleyes:

looking forward to seeing more jt :thumb:

@ Iamhiding. I'm glad to see another member in on the conversation. It a pleasure to meet you. I'm glad you like the bike.

If you ever get a chance to ride around on a stretched bike with at least a 170+ rear tire, (even on twisties) you will discover a WHOLE NEW FEELING and have a new perspective.  It's sooooo much fun. And yes, I absolutely understand the dynamics of faster cornering with a smaller wheelbase and thinner tire. I'm obviously not trying to compete in any track days. Just a guy in love with riding his bike.  Thanks for your input brother. Hope to hear from you and any other members. I'm pretty sure many if not most will hate on my bike. But, that's y it's my bike. And trust me, I'm not complaining when my bike and I get the lady -friends attention. Honestly,  that's a bigger concern in my books. Just bring sincere. N I seriously hope to get more members feedback,  whether it's good or bad.
Oh, and thanks for the advice with the pegs. I think your probably right about the quality. We'll see how long they last.

Hey everybody. I had to help the Queens of Queens (my mother) move an old stove and install the new one today. So unfortunately I'm going to have to wait till this weekend to install the front pegs. I'll keep y'all posted.

Hahajaja. I like that man. That's funny.  I seriously can't wait to install the front pegs.  It's gonna be awesome.  It's crazy how a small detail can really make the whole bike look sportier.  Or get the look your going for.

Hey fink, cbr, ShowBizWolf, and everyone. I apologize about the sudden absence from my part. To not get into details, I'll just say I was having some personal family problems. I have not forgotten about you guys. I needed to distract myself and I started to cutting and welding the new front pegs this morning. I was able to finish and just need to paint them. I'll post some pics

Here are some pics from both sides. It's painted and finished. I think it came out awesome.  It makes the entire bike look better and was well worth the work.

I appreciate that.  What do y'all think about replacing the original mirrors with bar end mirrors.?
