Rain acceleration

So normally don't drive gs500 in rain but this summer using it for main transportation and today had a light rain on way to work and at 1 light bike bogged pretty hard on acceleration from stop had to regroup clutch and rev it up before going hit next red light right after that and it wanted to go under normal rpm this time while waiting every other stop bike seemed and acted fine would this be water in filter issues I am assuming

Try a filter bag......assuming you can get one for a luncbox!

Also look into your electrical connections. If water interferes with your spark, it can cause running issues too.
