I have been reading this forum by accident when searching some info on the gs500 from google. I thought i'd post my build here since it is a gs500
hope you enjoy the build/test video.

Welcome to GSTwins.

What a great build. Congratulations on a job well executed.

You've incorporated so many of the same ideas as I'm currently building into my 2004 GS500F. I didn't think an E tank would look so good on an F-model, but the paint scheme is probably doing it for me.

Awesome riding in that video, too. What gearing are you using, sprocket-wise?

Welcome to the forum indeed! Bike looks well done. I like the exhaust choice.

Ok that's just too damn cool, well done, fantastic result!!

I'm so glad to see a scrambler build that actually has a set of scrambler pipes on it, and that video looks like you're having way too much fun  :icon_mrgreen:

Wow, you just show up out of nowhere with the best produced GS500 video ever and some top-tier riding abilities!
Bike looks great! Great job on everything! Love the deep exhaust note.

People always ask me why I am crazy enough to ride my GS500F offroad...they just see the fairings and don't realize how well the whole thing works as a lightweight adventure package. Way better than a Vstrom!

I'm super impressed by your wheelie skills. Your rear sprocket doesn't even look that big! Like, maybe only a few extra teeth. Are you running a 13t front sprocket or something?

Looks awesome! can i ask how you did the seat conversion? I've seen a couple different ways to do it but I'm not sure which option is best. cheers and well done
