Hello guys, i need help.
I have a 2003 GS500 at 39.000 km.
Theres have a vibration and noise at 5.000/5.500 rpm on fuel tank of underside.
I checked 3 rubbers. No missing.
Also i checked underside linkup of fuel tank. Seems no problem. Looks like soft rubbers of bolts.

Theres's a rim rubber piece that can cause it to vibrate.
The front rubber cushion also is sometimes helping it vibrate less.
However no idea, I have a few bikes that vibrated, and a few that didn't and some had and others were missing some of these cushions.
So maybe your bike is one of those that vibrates. No idea what or why in some cases.
Cool.

Might be the exhaust which makes those vibrations or the exhaust rubber cushion, where the bolt is thightened to the frame. At least thats with me, that rubber is so hard and the exhaust is custom and has vibrations.

Check the motor mount bolts to be sure the whole bike isn't vibrating more than it should.
