I was embarassed of the thought that riding on major streets in NJ and the possibility that someone saw "them" in the flesh.  I hv decent boobs but I've always wanted them BIGGER, not b/c I'm embarassed of them.

You've got a few more Ds there than I do.  How can you handle the back pain!?!  I can kinda understand your embarrassment about popping out of your shirt.  There was a thread (can't remember if it was here or another board) about whether or not riders/people in taller cars look around to see what's happening in other cars.  Convertible + short (often pleated) skirt + freeway = free show (more times than I care to admit).  I feel your pain.
