I like these ideas of going to a park with a beach and the rock garden...It gives us a chance to just hang out with no where to be at any specific time.  We can talk and relax and have lots of fun!

I emailed Ed at Sandy Valley. he said he can certainly accomodate our group, and the sooner we make the reservations the better. But he did say that they will NOT be able to give us a group discount. They only give discounts to cub scouts.

Also, while I was looking at their rates, I noticed they have tent rentals as well. Hmm..I might even do that, it would only be an extra $8 a night and I wouldn't have to haul one with me from New York. That's might even be worth it.
