finally deciphered  this medicalese  the left ankle. i filtered out what was telling me which way the xray/radiograph camera was pointed.
it is........
a fractured  distal tibia (large main bone supporting weight) fractured close to ankle joint (distal towards end) along with the articular surface. ( top of ankle bone directly below tibia) small ankle joint effusion. basically saying fluid buildup. combined with intra articular extension, not only was top of ankle joint impacted  the fracture spread down INTO ankle joint. meaning this one will be problematic also meaning  i must stay off of it cause leg longbones are trying to play wishbone on me if im not careful. add to that being a diabetic with neuropathy as well as circulation issues. so the deck is stacked. lol. although this explains why my left leg is/was feeling the way it was. what im dreading besides the ortho visit in 2 weeks, is that my body will be attempting to heal while colder weather moves in. yay arthritis lol. provided no further work needs to be done, have doubts  this would also time the beginning of physical therapy. lol but bonus is most usually have a pool of sorts. idk. thought right one would have been the problem, but seems the left one will. ahh well Cest la vie. never thought id be swaying this but i hate watching tv.i detempted the bicycles as well as the gas scooter. so now just gotta not walk lol. but am glad i found out this stuff its ironic only clue something is amiss visually is the spacing if you look closely lol. beyond that you have to see the other angles and look closely.. i guess its why ive been a bit rough on it. doing best to keep weight off plate side. now will have to rotate use of one or other but not both.  cause i have to be on my feet albeit very briefly. throughout the day. ( rest room etc) i googled the chainof diagnoses, got 4 pages of pdfs which i cant download . yet.bi soo want to be able to get into a pool. lol would make standing easier. baahhoping on feet soon

update: wicked pain both nerve and physical. and now this
my weight is back down to 128 muscle tone gone. and the damndest thing, no friggin appetite. cant even force myself to eat. between yesterday and today a few pretzels and a dorito or two. ala junk food. gotta keep on  goin though. at least thru monday. ( hqve to pay a bill) after which if by then weight and issues are there, hospital here i come.. updates to follow

n left leg flared, appetite shut off. got ahold of docs voicemail will see what he says in am. sig addition and avatar text are needed reminders im NWB on bolth sides. but a neccessary evil it seems kept to a minimum. btw working on setting up a blog via google or wordpress or something. will migrate all of this there . fun day sleepless night . oh will get latest  films i kinda want to see what it looks like

yup. need it in spades now . just hear a LOUD pop inside the cast. same sound qs if you popped   a knuckle juwst far louder. i give up lol. had plans today. screw that calling ortho at 9 . then have to figure out whaat to do . swear this blows. its numb now. i was wiggling toes and foot it fell asleep then pop wtf.. cant win for losing. i think i set record for fractures in 30 days time at 4. and a bonus 1 was while inside cast.. gettibg charger for phone and stuff together. being the fibula i can put weight on it if need be.  lets hope for the best Eh? i wanted to get copies of the xrays but damn not this way.. will update as able. but am going to eat first before calling ortho

To quote a britney spears tune an acient one " i think i did it again" wiggling toes and foot ever so slightly to calm an itch i hear a loud pop. and foot goes numb. now numb going away and pain taking over. WTF  got a sinking feeling ill never ride a gs again except with a sidecar lol. well freetime abounds time to draw up plans. going to finish eating this then call meatwagon think i just set record for individual fractures in a months time. at 3 with 1 bonus. one INSIDE a cast.  lol believe plate let go it sounded IDENTICAL to popping qa knuckle Just 10x louder. well time to pack stuff up and get ready lol. will update if i can later on.

pretty much all of em at this point. got to call ortho in am figure out what they wanted at 645. plate shows GOOD lol

heres one for ya, am i weird when i say i cant wait for physical therapy to begin? reason being dealing with muscle atrophy in legs.   
taking thumb and middle finger on each hand i can encircle my upper thighs normally not possible.. cant build muscle back up ( from non use) until cleared for pt.

left ankle raging now. thought about   er but tbh going to try to wait until monday.

have to go to ortho to pick up prescription. im a human barometer lol. just like my dog i found out i can tell when the barometer is dropping. weight is mid 130s now that i can settle for. until im cleared for weight bearing.

ear surgeon visit went well. leaving tubes in place until  the issue with casted foot pans out. weight is low 130s will update with count tonight

got doc reat to call in 2 prescriptions. one was tramadol for my arthritis.  other was a foul smelling antibiotic for wound on casted foot. ( trying to stop cellulitis from occuring) will NOT post a pic of that one. its NSFW. THE ANTI SMELLED LIKE PICKLED EGGS. if it smells that bad it had better work lol.

okay a not so good rather alarming update. i do believe i have a fullblown case of cellulitis on top of my foot half concealed by the cast. the sore is ugly its draining, the red warm area around wound has grown. but am unable to gauge its size due to the cast. i had doctor reat call in a course of keflex because of this wound. i started this at 4. wound has been there a week previous. if i dont knock this out the infection could lead to a non union of the bone which had the titanium plate put in on the 24th of august. the wound  could become gangrenous, could be lethal if not attended to. foot is swollen slightly compared to other one. im gauging the size of the redness using a sharpie. tomorrow will be the day when i figure out what to do next. this blows. ive been in the hospital more times over this in past 3 weeks. will go sooner to er if i start becoming disoriented. anyways my friends, will update as things progress. all i can say is thank GOD for good insurance. im tired of this and frankly scared. as i said will update as things change. will check in once more tonight..

Will be waiting for the updated report. 

I will be in the hospital tomorrow. foot is deteriorating. feeling lethargic and having hard tinme thinking straight. the red area has expanded more. wound is 1.5" by 3/4" and its still draining and bleeding reason im going to try and wait til 9am is because thats when myy surgeon starts his rotation. as long as its not osteomyelitis or gangrene risk of limb loss will be minimal. will update first thing and throughout the day as im able.
